Dana Center Role
Ophella leads the publishing arm of the communications and publishing team. She manages projects and workflows of Center print and digital publications, supports internal and external editors, implements publishing processes and style guides, and works closely with authors to produce final content for dissemination.
Before Joining the Dana Center
Ophella has worked in higher education for almost two decades, serving as project manager for studies focusing on the academic experiences, choices, and college attainment of historically underserved student populations. Her work in sociology and education also involved coordinating and editing books and other publications on college access and equity in the United States and abroad.
