Dana Center Role
Kadron oversees the development of high-quality math instructional materials, including courses such as Contemporary Mathematics. He supports the implementation of the Dana Center Mathematics Pathways (DCMP) materials in higher education and manages content development for both online and print formats.
An experienced educator and curriculum developer, Kadron is also involved in coordinating production efforts and integrating feedback to refine curricula and assessments. He provides guidance on course modernization and manages content for Agile Mind programs, supporting students and educators in accessing mathematics education.
Before Joining the Dana Center
Prior to joining the Center, Kadron served as an AP-for-All curriculum training facilitator at the KIPP Foundation for four years. In this role, he analyzed performance data, observed teaching staff, and developed recommendations to enhance instructional effectiveness.
Kadron taught mathematics over an eight-year span at KIPP Austin Collegiate, including Geometry, Precalculus, and AP Calculus AB/BC. He also developed the nationwide AP Calculus curriculum for the KIPP Foundation, which incorporates instructional materials and training roadmaps for online and blended learning environments.
During his time at KIPP Austin Collegiate, Kadron helped establish the Math National Honor Society and coached the varsity boys basketball team.
