Dana Center Role
Courtney creates and manages the day-to-day details of complex project timelines for the Center’s program teams. To ensure that a project stays on track, Courtney communicates progress and challenges to project leads and stakeholders. In addition, she coordinates and communicates with clients and internal staff regarding the logistics of internal and external events, including event locations, catering, and creating and managing registration systems.
Courtney also leads the development and implementation of centerwide processes to increase efficiency and ease for the Center teams.
Before Joining the Dana Center
After working more than 10 years for University Housing and Dining at The University of Texas at Austin, Courtney brings extensive project management experience to the Center, specifically in small- and large-scale project planning, event management, and process and procedure creation and improvement.
